Lease Sites

Our lease sites are #15 through #40.  Our Season is April 1 through November 1.  

Rates

Seasonal Rates start at $1650.00 to $2050.00 per season.
Site 21 -26 are $1650.00  
Sites 16-19, 28-32 are $1850.00
Sites 15, 20, 21, 34-40 are $2050.00

Lease includes:

Lease includes up to a family of four - immediate family living in your household. 
Swimming
Fishing
30 amp power hookup

Extras:

Any visitor is $5.00 per person per day.
You will be responsible for paying a power bill.
You will have a $15.00 per month maintenance fee without a golf cart.  If you have a golf cart it will be $20.00 per month.
You will have to pay to do the jumping pillow.
